Angel
God sent a special angel to watch over me.
He knew that trials and tribulations
Would not let me be.
My angel always guards me with
Special love and care.
I Know not when, I know not why,
But I know he's always there.
He watches as I slumber,
Each and every night.
Then wakes me with a special touch
At first morning light.
He never leaves me alone when
Troubles are around.
He always sees that my feet are
Planted on solid ground.
He's there for me to lean on when I
Can't find my way.
He always knows what to do to
Brighten up my day.
Thank you God for sending him,
It makes me feel glad.
Because I know that special angel
Is my own "Dearest Dad".
